Dear Kulula,

I was a most unpleased customer on Saturday. I bookedusing 2 reference numbers for myself and then my husband and5 year old daughter on Saturday 23 Feb 2013. Booking ref LGNJCN. I set my clock to Friday at 12:00 check in as I am a nervous flyer and prefer to sit in front. I got seats in row 3abc, and as very happy. When we boarded the plane the lady that took our boarding passes informed me that as my daughter is 3 we are not allowed to sitbehind an emergency exit. I know you cant sit in row 2/3, but row 3 you can! I believe this is a blatant lie, as A person is unable to check in with a child passenger in emergncy exits. The flight attendant confirmed this for me.

I am not pleased and feel that zi have been misled and treated poorly by a kulula employee. I am a regular flyer but will seriously reconsider my options going forward.
