The 12th August 2013, my 3 year old duaghter and I get to the Kulula counter to check in, to find the lady sitting at the service desk far from interested in her job, could barely communicate with us and advice us as to why we had a delay until eventually i had to enquire. Due to me travelling with a todddler she needed to contact someone, to discover six exit seats were available. Anyone with common sense could have booked the seats as passangers often are accomodating when mothers and children need to board a flight. The flight got closed due to the delay. Eventually we were able to get boarding passes, exit seats allocated. Wow the passangers were accomodating. To get to the plane, 5min before take offf I had to run and drag my child so that we could get the flight. The last time I flew Kulula, the staff loading the plan happily unpacked my bag and took what the liked. I wonder what would happen the 3rd time. One time service was tops, never any weird events only happy pleasant staff. Its a shame.
