How frustrating, no one gets back to you!!!

One of my colleagues booked a ticket with Translux for his daughter, who then fell ill and was unable to travel. He went into town (twice) to cancel the ticket and was sent from pillar to post. Finally he was given a number to call, to no avail. We left messages and no one every phoned back, other numbers led you to an automated system that required a extension number and if you didn't know it you could spell the name of the person and that TOO didn't work. I finally chatted to a human who escalated the matter and said his superior would get back to me. they didn't. Then we got an answer (we phoned a few times to get this) which was that they couldn't refund, but that someone could use it in the next 3 months. This wasn't suitable and we tried to query it. Our email told us that it had been received and would be dealt with - it was never replied to. His sister in law then needed to go in the same direction so I tried to get hold of them to re-issue, yip, you guessed it right, no answer to that either... I am still waiting and our 3 months is just about up. I've never been so frustrated with an automated system as this one.
