Pay - then you can fly late and get no video

My hubby had a bucket list, one of these bucket lists items was to fly in a TIGERMOTH. Classique Aviation's website had this. So I booked for a flight. SPECIFICALLY ordered a video of the entire flight & pd extra for that. They were efficient, sent me the information &followed up. But that was just their MARKETING. Once paid, it went quiet. The day before the flight I had to call about 3 times to get confirmation that all was in order. Was told yes, & make sure we are there at 09h00 for the flight at 10h00. At 10h00 we were still waiting. Then told the battery is flat, they need to charge the battery. So we waited again. Eventually the plane was charged. Then I asked, "what about the video I paid for? " Oh, we forgot, so someone went and got the recorder. In flight the communication system packed up, so they had no communication with ATC. They had to land in some field so that the pilot could call on his cel phone to tell ATC. They flew back with no communication. Video was never switched on. Over a month - still trying to get a refund for Video. Never use them. Once they have your money they dont care!!
