Charged too much, refuse refund

I booked my boss on a flight from Kimberley - Cape Town. the price of the ticket was R 1563.00, but we were charged R 2434.00. I asked for the 16.00 o clock flight and she booked me on the 18.30 flight. We only saw the mistake once the ticket was emailed to me. when I called I spoke to her supervisor - Buwi ntlela, and she said she listened to the conversation, and she could see that Lerato made a mistake, they will fix it and not charge the admin fee, but they will not give the refund of R 871.00, because I didnt kick up enough about the price difference. OBVIOUSLY the price difference comes in because of the different times of the flight, but they will not refund. so in essence, they have given us a 16.00 o clock flight at the 18.30 flight charge, which is R 871.00 more expensive. I dont know why they couldnt just refund the balance to the credit card, but as far as im concerned this is, and if nothing is done about this, it will definately go further. No wonder they make so much money, theyre!
