SAA!!!

Last weekend my daughter flew from Cape Town to Johannesburg. She was booked on the 18h20 flight from Cape Town. It eventually departed at 22h30!!! Explanation given... no flight crew!!! She flew back to Cape Town last Sunday evening and the planes "flaps" failed on landing.

Tonight my son and his colleagues are booked on a flight from ORT to Cape Town... departure time should have been 21h00.
His flight is delayed... explanation given... no pilot as the flight was not scheduled!!!

When one phones SAA information / customer care line after 22h00 the calls are routed to Fort Lauderdale, Florida USA!!!

As a national carrier, their service is shocking. I will never again book on that airline.
