I had a flight that needed to be changed. The cost of the change was cheaper on the website however the website would not let me effect the change at all!!
I contacted the call centre and they could do nothing to assist except charge me the higher fee for my flight change.
So paid the flight change fee which was basically the cost of another flight thereafter my flight time was changed on the new flight without Mango having informed me.
I had to sit forever on the call center line in order to get my flight changed once again!!
Surely there must be a more efficient way of dealing with flight changes and surely their website and call center should have the same costs for any changes. Or least a working website.
I would rather pay a bit of a premium and get better service as sometimes flight changes are necessary and this need to be properly handled.
