Terrible service from day 1. Paying for my holiday back in August was a pain with more calls to the agent than necessary to get it done.
Then we received the trip documents with incorrect spellings of names (don't want to leave this to chance when traveling to another country) This was eventually fixed.

6 people traveling to Hong Kong in December and when we land at the airport our contact informs us that there are no transfers to our hotel in Kowloon Tong. I had to pay almost R1000 out if my pocket to get my family to the hotel. The contact indicated that they informed flight centre and refunded them the transfers
Then get to Phuket. Giselle arranged a day trip to Phi Phi island stating that an overnight stay is not needed. This trip was a waste of my time and money. Cheapest is best when you making good margins from the customer!!
Return to SA and phone Giselle abt the refund of transfers about 2weeks ago. Last feedback about a week and a half ago was that she is checking with the operator on what happened whilst I'm still waiting. No feedback or anything.

Never again with this branch. Next call is to your manager in the morning (4/01/2014).
