ATL Tours runs, Money Taken and left stranded

Hi,

in June I was planning for holiday in December to Thailand and saw ATL had a reasonable ALL INCLUSIVE package, I made enquiries and received an itinerary which showed all the inclusive tours /sight seeing, pick ups / transfers, flights, etc.
In October I mad full payments as required, they send you confirmations of the flights but they don't pay this so it seems okay only to realize on the night before when I went online to check in there is no flight booked for us. I had to incur costs to book my own flights as I wanted to go on this trip with my wife. None of the transfers were done as you are stranded as you arrive, further costs incurred throughout the trip, called Ahmed and he said not to worry that someone from Thailand they use will come to the hotel and sort out, NEVER happened entire trip. The tours were not booked, further cost as incurred. ATL Ahmed runs a as post this on my return I have sent him all the costs incurred additional to paying him full for the trip. He committed to paying it and I sent him the line by line costs which till today is not done. I will raise this with consumer watch and ASATA as this is unacceptable to money and don't answe
