We booked our family vacation to Mauritius through flight centre for December in August. After we chose our package and hotel we had some questions about the services that the hotel gives. I sent Nicky 3 emails in September, and finally only got all my answers in December, a couple of days before we had to leave. We also needed to change a flight for one of the persons in our party. After Nicky didn't return my calls, Brendan sent me a quote for a flight that would leave at midnight on the night that we requested. I confirmed this flight with him and made the payment. When I went to fetch the ticket, they had booked a flight for the next day, in the afternoon. Which would mean this person would miss another whole day of the vacation. When we contacted them about this they had a million excuses. Our flight to Mauritius was booked so late that we only arrived at our hotel after 23:00 that evening, and the morning of our departure we had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am. When I contacted Nicky to change the flights she just let me know that it was not possible. When I phoned AirMauritius myself, it took my minutes to change the flight. Her service and attitude was horrible.
