SA1023 delayed without a new time. I went up to lounge to wait for new time. Boarding called an hour later so I ran down. When I got to the gate I was told that I cannot board as everyone else on the plane is still at Wimpy. I asked for my Wimpy voucher as I wasn't given one and was also not even aware. The guy simply laughed at me and said no. So much for treating your Silver status members the same as the rest.
