Bad Service & Bad management

I was in Wimpy Keywest on 28 Oct for breakfast. I waited in the smokers division for about 20 minutes without any service. When I complained and asked to see the manager he/she was not available. The person at the counter then suggested it was my fault because I did not wait to be seated. I then left and had a meal at Mug & Bean. This was not the first time I had bad or slow service at Wimpy Keywest and I had to complain before. As a business man who is always under pressure I go to Wimpy for a quick meal and not to relax or enjoy the atmosphere which Wimpy don't have in any case. I also go to Wimpy Keywest because it is the only restaurant in the complex with a smokers area. Wimpy Keywest is clearly not well managed and as a restaurant owner myself cannot help to wonder about the standard in the kitchen.

Wimpy Keywest won't see me again.
