Stuck with Holiday club NO WAY OUT!!!

My husband signed a contract with Flexiclub in 1999 and it was sold to him as a contract with holiday point which can be sold back at any time or cancelled in future. We are expected to pay an annual admin fee which increases yearly, currently its around R7000p.a. The points allocated per year are worth much less than the admin fee. The points are not even enough to book at least a 1 week holiday with our children during school holidays. We are always expected to still pay in on a reservation. Further to this the points expire year on year and we are not even in a position to accumulate enough points for a decent holiday. The availability of units are also a huge problem. After numerous complaints and requests to the call centre, I was told I could write a letter to the board who meets once a month and can make a decision on cancelling our contract. I had written my letter only to receive a response that our request was declined by the board and that we need to find a buyer for our holiday points. No assistance what offered. If we refuse to pay our admin fee until we get assistance from Flexiclub, we are threatened with legal action. We are paying for something we cant use!!!
