SAA, overpriced & never on time!

Flight from CT to EL delayed indefinitely again, 4th time this year! I cannot fathom why a plane is delayed due to a technical fault, that has been sitting at the airport all night, was not corrected or repaired during the night? Saa charge the most foettickets yet do not apologies or even compensate customers for delays. We are delayed & have meetings with lawyers & a rental agreement, which we will now not be able to uphold. Saashould not be able to dominate the market & I wish the government would stop funding them!
