Flights delayed to and from Cape Town

As for my and my colleagues departure to Cape Town airport from OR Tambo on the 18th April 2013, my flight (BA6429) was suppose to depart at 17:00 and arrive at Cape Town airport 19:10, but the flight was delayed for approximately 30 minutes. As for my deprture from Cape Town airport on the 19th April 2013 to Johannesburg airport, my flight (BA6438) was scheduled to depart at 19:00, but once again the flight was delayed for 3 and a half hours, the flight only departed after 22:30 that night. This did not only cause inconvenience to myself but also to prior private arrangements made as well as transport from Johannesburg airport to my next destination. As for an internationally known airliner i would not expect delays as great as the delays that took place on the 18th and 19th of April, especially not 2 days in a row.
