Most South African way to travel???

I had a flight, MN517, from Johannesburg To Durban on Friday night at 21:35. upon arrival we were told that the flight was delayed until 22:00. At 22:00 an annoucement was made that the flight will be delayed once again. Constant delays and annoucements of apology to due the "slight inconvenience caused".
This flight took off at 2am on Saturday morning, and we landed at 3am. Is that the Most South African way to travel?? a flight that is almost 5 hours delayed- passengers were not even offered a glass of water or sandwich to eat.
There is no slight inconvenience in having our families sitting in Durban at the airport until 3am.
I am so disappointed with Kulula, it has a reputation for delaying flights. I would not recommend using this airline. Stop focusing on your radio ads and start focusing on customer service.
