I made a booking for the long weekend online for our long weekend planned in April, which resulted in my account being debited with R7022 but they failed to confirm my booking without even giving me a reference number for the problem - they are quick to take your money but VERY difficult to get it back if they mess up. I have called the call centre numerous times and was assisted by people that hasn't got a clue what is going on. As soon as you ask to speak to a manager they suddenly know what to do..very funny indeed. After numerous attempts and calls since the 15th of January 2013, I STILL couldn't manage to get my money back to make a booking for our flights at another airline. In a nutshell - WE HAVE LOST OUR HOLIDAY IN APRIL - THANK YOU KULULA!!! I WOULD RECCOMEND EVERYONE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM KULULA ONLINE BOOKINGS!
