On 9 July 2013 I made bookings online for four people for flights Durban to Cape Town on 3 December 2013 and make my payment right away. As I made my payment directly I didn't have a change to realise that I made a mistake with the date that have to be 4 December 2013. As soon as I receive the email I phoned Kulula to change the date of the flights and didn't think it would be such a great deal as this bookings is far in advance. They told me they can do it as an additional cost of R775 per ticket (while the actual tickets cost R692) This is not acceptable. I send an email to their headoffice but did not receive any response from them either. This was my first booking with Kulula and I'm very disappointed I make this bookings as I received a lot of emails that state Kululas friendly and helpful service. This was not my experience with them. This booking cost me R2700 down the drain.
