I am disgusted with Kulula to say the very least. I have just made two return reservations 10 minutes apart same flight numbers and I have had to pay R649.00 more for the one. Can you please explain this???

Please don't say it has something to do with availability.

Prior to booking these flights on the internet I telephoned Kulula on the following number, as suggested on your website to make a booking, 0861 KULULA (585852) and was advised by your representative to rather make the bookings through the internet as the charge to make a telephone booking would be R80.00 per ticket, what a joke, I have now paid a whopping R649.00 more by booking on the internet.
