What a mess!

OPn our recent holiday to Thailand we had a major run in with Kulula about not having our booking on their system (even though money had been taken off our credit card AND we had the booking confirmation emailed to us). I have since tried to email both kulula and British Airways but have not received any reply. Who can I contact?
