On sunday the 1/09/2013 I booked with Sa roadlink from Durban to cape town for monday the 2/09/2013 at 06H30am arriving at cape town tuesday 07H30am and i got the ticket. however that evening i got a call from their head office notifying me that the bus will be three hours delayed. when i got to the station on monday morning I still waited another hour after the 3hours which i did not accept as i was not aware of an hour. when eventually left the bus drivers held us passengers as collateral as they were not paid for the past three months and demanded to be or else we as passenger will stand in the middle of nowhere with them. this is not right for us to put in such a position as I had to be worked the following morning and i could not make for that day because of sa roadlinks internal issues. I am not happy and i want a refund as you guys cost me a days pay by your inconvenience. if this is not attend to by end of today Will leave me with no choice but to take it to a higher authorities to stop your buses from working on the road of SA.
