I booked a bus ticket for my mother on the 31 October 2013 at 11am from Durban to Johannesburg. When she arrived at the Durban station she was told that the bus was cancelled and she would have to wait for the next bus. I immediately called the head office and they confirmed that the bus was cancelled but all passengers were notified of this. I advised that my mother did not receive the notification and they confirmed that she was omitted from the list and they apologised. I was furious because my mum is 63 yrs old and could not wait for 4hrs for another bus. Head office then said she could board the 8.30pm bus. my mum arrived at the station that evening, the bus had not arrived in time - the employees had no idea where the bus was not did they know what time it would leave. She sat there for an hour and still there was no bus. Aside form this the sa roadlink office was extremely dirty and unhygienic to even sit and wait. The bus arrived at around 9.45pm and she eventually boarded the bus. An hour and a half later I received a call from my mum stating that the bus broke down and they are waiting for another bus somewhere near Escort. they waited over 4hrs without help
