Unauthorized debit of credit card

On the 18th of Dec my credit card was double debited, after which I logged a request for a refund on the 24th of Dec and spoke to Tshidi. I was informed by her that IT will investigate and she would get back to me by the 27th.
On the 3rd of Jan I called the refunds department again and will check if IT has received the query and provide me with feedback. No feedback was received from Chantal and I contact Lebo (supervisor) and she advised that by 12:00 she will call with feedback. Due to this lack of responsibility and feedback I contacted them again on the 5th and I was informed that the refund was processed on the 3rd Jan and would take 7 - 14 days to be in my account. To my disgust 16 working days thereafter I needed to contact them again and I spoke to Chantal and requested to speak to the manager Yusuf; I was advised that he would contact me. True to the manner in which they provide service I am still waiting on his call! This is the worst service I have experienced!!! Hoping my money is refunded soon. Mrs Martin
