False pretences

Sa Roadlinks centurion depot sent us work to repair and clean their bus radiators and inter coolers we sent them invoices after every job. Every time we asked for payment a Mr Trevor and Mr Clive said that it will be in before the end of the week it is now 7 months later and we still haven't received any payment even after their head of finances a Miss Amy promised to make a payment to us. Now after a long struggle they sent us a letter stating that they are in business rescue which is unacceptable as the work was completed 2 months before they went into business rescue. In short they sent is work under false pretences knowing that the business is not doing to good and now we are struggling to get our money from them
