Instalment short paid, carpet n damaged ca

Hello Peter
we rented our car to car rescue November 2012 and we were promised that the car will be paid up in 12 months, and that never happen.our November 2013 instalment was not paid and when asked peter said he is bringing back the car, we waited and he never came. when my husband contact him asking where is our car, he said he will no longer return the car he will carry on renting it and he will pay us the November instalment, of which he did on the 7th of December 2013.by the end of DEC 2013 he dint pay the instalment, and when asked he said he did. my husband contacted him and request the money or he must rather return the car and he later pay only 2500.00 instead of 3017.00 as per our contract on the 10th of Jan 2014. my husband queried the short payment with him and he promise to pay but he never did. on the 17 Jan 2014 the car was brought back by his employees but it was not driving, they towed it all the way from centurion to my house and when my husband try to contact peter, he refuse to talk to us. i want the balance of DEC instalment which he short paid, Jan instalment, my carpets and i want my car driving the same way he collected it in Nov 2013.
