Neglect n disregard

Lacks courtsey in addressing customers and doesn't mind telling customers not to be "lastag". She also played a dvd with volume so high, not caring that a lot of comuters may be tired and wish to sleep. I find it very rude and disrespectful, she just doesn't care.
