I am writing this as i am not sick n tired of getting no response from the company named i have done all the necessary documentation as i was told to do. I have emailed constantly with no response at all. This is what happened I bought my sister a ticket to come down to PE, She arrived at the station where she was told the bus had broken down and they are awaiting a new bus its 09h10 and they get told no one is leaving today for PE as they don't have a bus and everyone will be refunded. People who have made plans for Christmas with their families have basically been told they will not be going home from Christmas. What type of bus company does that to their customers!!! Some customers have been waiting there since the day before to leave as they do not have other transport to get to the station. When calling the call center it just rang. My sister was at the station as i was calling the branch standing right next to the consultants and she told me the consultants were busy with their nails while the phone rang. i eventually go through to someone (Durban Station) at 15h00 where i heard a bus had left at 11am when i asked why they didn't call the passengers back i get told EISH!!!
