I booked 2 tickest for my sister and the husband to cape town. i did an online booking got my confirmation for departure date 26 Sept 2013 time 18:15 and return from cape town 30 sept 2013 time 16H00.
Last night when we got to Park Station we printed ticket, to my surprise my sister was turned back because the ticket said they departing on the 29thsept and returning the 30th of september. At the sercive desk we were told its none of their business and we should contact client services who close at 4.The guy spoke to us with alot of disrespect and told us there is nothing he can do but I had a confirmation with the right dates.when we try to change the dates to today we had to pay an extra R160 or else wait for a manager today & this is for something that was not our mistake. my sister travelled all the way from limpopo so it meant been stranded at park station the whole night and a loss on all the plans that have been paid for in cape town. I hope you will sort this out, I am not happy with your service its no way to treat your paying customers
