I booked a kulula flight for 2014 at Checkers Eastgate but I made a mistake in the date [ one day ]
The Checkers service was appalling. I was told to contact kulula myself. I sent an e-mail to kulula with the details simply requesting the protocol for changing dates.
There was no reply to this mail or the follow up mail.
I telephoned the kulula help desk and obtained, albeit with considerable difficulty, the e-mail address of a management person who I could write to.
I mailed this person. There was no no response to this mail; or the follow up mail.
