I was on a flight from CapecTown to Johannesburg on Monday night. I unfortunately forgot a gift i got for my parents on the plane. It was a portrait of them. I went to the help desk at the lugguage claims, and asked for help, it seemed like their shift ended and they didnt seem to interested in helping me. I was told nothing can be done and i must call in the morning. A note was left for the next shift. When i called in the morning I spoke to a lady named Thuli and said she would call Cape town and Durban to see if they recieved it and she said she will call me back. I wasnt surprised when she didnt return my call because its apparent that kulula staff dont care about good customer service. I called her back and all she could say was that theres nothing she can do and she can't help. Surely if the flights are cleaned someone would have seen it. Kulula staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Next time I will rather pay extra and use a different airline that Im familiar with and i know the staff are friendly and proffessional and help where ever they can. And where the staff are honest and don't take what doesnt belong to them.
