Staff unwilling to retrieve my iPad

On a recent trip from JHB to George on Kulula airlines, i left my iPad in the seat pocket in front of me while disembarking. I realised i had done so literally as soon as i had disembarked, i immediately returned to the gate to ask the ground crew to please go back to my seat and collect my iPad. They were initially unwilling to help, but after a few heated words they agreed to contact a member of staff still on the aircraft who told them, far to quickly considering i was sat at the 2nd last row of the aircraft and the iPad was placed behind the in-flight magazine, that there was nothing left on-board. From the gate i could see that the cleaning crew had not yet boarded the aircart which leads me to believe that an employee of Kulula, either directly or in-directly employed, has my iPad.

Since returning from George i have tried numerous times to contact Kulula with regards my incident but have been passed from pillar to post and no one at Kulula has offered to take ownership of my case.

Deeply disappointed and will not be supporting Kulula airlines in future.
