Made us psy for Goods that could we could of taken on board as hand luggage instead they made us pay I think the supervisor was in a bad mood because a comment was passed "why do you want to fly on a public holiday 1Jan". On our return at Lanseria Air Port we were allowed wth our goods on the flight no cost as it all fitted in the luggage compartment. My Question why the inconsistency diffrent air ports but still the same air lines, I mail there customer relations email address... it bounces back I dont know how many times I had to call in finalky I get through some lafy emails me back as I reply I get a notification msil that she's out of office she'll only be back in Sep. Hows that for customer service and then on their flights they say our safety 1st I disagree... Im totally disgusted.
