Attack

On the morning of 21 August 2013 I was robbed and stabbed on Avondale station waiting on my train. I called the security on duty for help, but they were rested in the rest room. I put a claim in against metrorail with all relevant documents as proof and also pictures of my hand. Since then I only received an aknowledgement of the claim and with my follow up emails I been informed that they still investigating and will let me know. Sometimes I need to send another email, as they do not respond. If such a claim is taking this long, how long does a severe/big incident take?
