Offline, can't process credit cards!

I am a frequent user of Computicket and book shows, concerts and now even flights through them. However recently their system is forever offline and the website does not allow you to login to make a booking! I resorted to calling the call centre to make a flight booking and they took every last detail down and confirmed all the terms and conditions including creditcard details. They then say they have a problem processing payment and will call me back to re-confirm credit card details! I call them back today to confirm the booking and the price has increased by R200 and they still cant process the credit card!!! Fix your systems!!!
