Refund

I had a booking with roadlink from ct to bloem last year 9 January 2013. the bus was too arrive at 6, we stood in the rain till 10 waiting for the bus and when you fone the call centre to find out what time the bus will be arriving she tells you she is the only person on duty and she cant do everything.

I left and requested a refund the next day which i never recieved 100 emails and fone calls later.

Now they just ignore me straight out.
