I am extremely unhappy with the incident that accrued with SA Roadlink Bus and their unprofessionalism towards my daughter. Unknown to me as to which bus is good or bad, I have booked 3 x Tickets in advance for my daughter with SA Roadlink on the internet.
She has never travelled with a bus before and was her first time ever on the 28-2-2013.The bus was 2 hours late from Potchefstroom to JHB, (Boarding time 8am - Arriving at 8am and to board another bus at 8:30am to DBN)
I had no correspondence from them to inform us of the delay and I have phone them on my expense a few times that morning. The delay has caused my child to miss her 8:30am bus to DBN. They could not get her on to the next bus which was at 11 and could only get her on the 2pm bus. As we all know in what a state the JHB bus depot is with the crime rate! I immediately cancelled the bus tickets I booked in advanced but was blatantly rejected. Please could you assist in my refund request that my daughter had such a bad experience with SA Roadlink.
The distress and fearful experience my daughter had experience at the JHB depot on her arrival and with SA Roadlink's Unsupportive service is totally unforgivable.
