Pathetic Service

I booked a ticket to travel from Jhb to Durban on the 08/12/2013 with my son. The bus was to leave at 8:30am so we got there at about 8am so we could book inn and follow the process. At 9:30am i was standing in the queue with my 1 year old son still waiting for the bus to arrive. A guy from SA Roadlink by the name of Bunny rocks up and informs us the bus will be there by 10am . i informed him i was waiting with a baby and there is no place to sit and we were standing from 8am. He told me we need to learn to have patience. That made me upset but due to the fact i was with my baby, i just kept calm. At 10:30am still no bus and i went to the office to request for a manager. The guy who was there refused to call a manager or supervisor and this is after i made several calls to the call centre. I took a pic of him and informed him, i will be taking it up with Mr Reddy. He quickly called a lady who's surname is Whitaker. She said the bus is delayed because of no diesel. I stood from 8am and the bus finaly arrived at about 11:30am. carrying a baby for that time is not a joke. I loved using SA Roadlink from Durban to Cpt with a driver whos name was Ivan. No wonder he has left.
