My mom and dad made use of Citiliner from Midrand to Laingsburg on the 12 January 2014. However the bus was delayed at the Johannesburg station and therefore they arrive very late the next day. Upon arrival they were very exhausted and only realised that some of there luggage containing my 83 year old dad`s reading glasses was missing. I have tried to phone ``Lost and found`s`` number however it keeps on diverting to bookings department and nobody can assist me there. Now what is the point of having a lost and found number if you are not able to log a lost item?? I am not happy. Surely someone can assist? But never the less it still doesn`t solve the my 83 year old dad`s reading problem... Hopefully now somebody will be able to assist me in this matter as I needed to go to this lengths to get assistance. They gave me the following 2 x numbers which keeps on diverting to booking: 011 249 8777/22
