Bus Late 3 Hours

I'm writing this email for people that want to use Citiliner Bus Services to think twice before you do!
My mom bought her bus ticket in Johannesburg to travel back to Welkom and the Citiliner bus ticket shows the departure time on the bus ticket 15:15... well my mom waited for the bus to arrive more than 3 hours.. the bus left the station at 18:10 from Johannesburg Station!
This is unacceptable for old people to stand and wait. My mom fainted and there were no paramedics to assist us!!
She paid for her ticket and this is the service she received from Citiliner!! Sis on you!
Very Very bad Service!!!
