Had the misfortune of flying for the last time with these clowns in November. Missed a connecting flight & was told the cost of a flight would essentially be whatever Tom, Richard or Harold would pay off the street despite the fact that I'd just dropped 14 thousand of their quaint little rands on their sub-standard London to Johannesburg flight. When I told the 'customer service' clown at OR Tambo that I could get a better price at another airline - who I'd not dropped 14k on already I was told and I quote "well then do that." I will never fly on this joke of an airline again and neither will any of the professional boxers I bring here. Neither will any of my friends who I have offered a lifetime I'll pay the difference of your ticket if SAA have the best price going which I doubt - what a damning indictment on the new South Africa.
