I have never been more disgusted at a service provider. My husband and I booked a return flight from durban to Johannesburg. people read your terms and conditions carefully with this airline. My husband and I arrived at the airport at 3.10pm for a flight that was due to leave at 3.45pm and were told the flight was closed. we were directed to the client desk and when we inquired about getting on the next flight we were told we would need to pay the full amount for the next flight as they do not have a policy in place where you pay an admin fee like other airlines do. The attitude of the ladies at the check in counter was pathetic as they just told us sorry your flight is closed and carried on with the personal conversation they were having. i will never use this airline again and will advise anyone and everyone I come into contact with to never use this airline. Mango airlines i guarantee you have lost many customers because of this.
