I purchased a two tickets to Durban for 07/12/2013. Due to unforseen curcumstance I had to cancel both tickets. I then went to Citiliner office in Park station to request a refund and was told that they dont give refunds. Then there was people that were left by a bus that was suppose to go to Harare that they gave cash refunds infront of me. I was left questioning how is it that they have two sets of rules. I would like to request my cash refund just the same way the gave all those other people. I am not willing to wait 14 working days for a cash payment that I had made to purchase the tickets. I should be given a cash refund just like the people they gave cash refunds to on the day. Ticket ref numbers is C3QC32Z8 and C3QC32Z8
