I have phoned three times and everytime I am asked to email the accounts department at [Email Removed] to cancel my credit card. I have paid it off mid December and sent an email 19 December and again 6 January. Now I have received an invoice that shows I have paid everything in December with a zero balance but they didnt close it and even charged R2.80 something interest. Interest on what? Poor service? Please can you help?
