BAD ATTITUDE, TERRIBLE SERVICE and an AWFUL TRIP

My husband, 14 month old son and I were at the bus stop 17:30 one hour prior to departure which should have been 18:30, travelling on the bus from Port Elizabeth to Paarl. Only after 3 other busses, our bus arrived at 19:00. We loaded on our luggage and stood first in the queues ready to go on holiday. The driver of the bus asked all passengers to stand in one line with his back to us, we had to go stand at the back. The driver announced that only 18 passengers will allowed on the bus. Our luck, after everyone else was assisted and we were in the front AGAIN we were told we have to wait for the next bus. Frustrated I asked when the next bus will arrive. I was told - I don't know. I told him that this is unacceptable and a plan should be made. He came back and said there are two separate seats available. I said that won't do as I have a 14 month old baby who needs both parents. I asked him to talk to one of the passengers and kindly ask them to move. He insisted that he is not allowed to do that. I asked him if I could and he said yes. Eventually we got on the bus. Guess what - no aircon - 32 degrees from PE to Cape Town. We arrived in Paarl 2 hours later than expected.
