My parents recently went on a train trip using shosholoza Meyl. the trip started in PE came to jhb, to Cpt and back to JHB. on the trip from CPT to JHB the train broke down twice. At some point in potchefstroom they decided not to fix the train again but to put all passengers on buses. The buses were overloaded with passengers. When my parents arrived in Jhb they realised their luggage has been when they stop at a busstop between potch and jhb. Shosholoza meyl is refusing to pay for the damage. they passenger should keep an eye on their luggage. HOW DO YOUKEEP AN EYE ON YOUR LUGGAGE IF IT IS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BUS. And why should they get out everytime the bus stops and how if they were standing on top on each other wiht no room to move. Shosholoza meyl didn't even do the effort of making sure luggage was marked when they switched from train to bus. tell me how do Shosoloza meyl expect the passengers to mark their stuff, watch it if they were suppose to be on a train
