TWELVE HOUR DELAY TO ATTEND MY GRAN'S FUNERAL

I booked a return trip from Durban to Johannesburg to attend my Granny's funeral (3rd) and pre-dinner with the family on the 2nd and returning on the 4th January.
Departing Durban station 02January at 11h30 arriving in JHB Park station 19h20, the bus broke down several times due to overheating and the mechanic told the driver that he would not come out, but that the driver must carry on driving, we were stopped on the side of the highway for at least an hour and were promised another bus to be sent. The driver was then informed to drive to PMZ office. I did tell the customer service at PMZ office my situation and he said there was nothing they could do. Another bus eventually they arrived just after 4pm. We left PMZ just before 5pm. The driver was so tired he drove off the road a few times, putting us at risk. We got to JHB after 11pm. I am gutted that I missed the pre-dinner with my family in remembrance of my Gran. Not once were we offered an apology or even anything as compensation. I spent R570-00 for terrible service and I want something to be done about this.
