Poor service delivery

I was travelling from johannesburg to durban, the bus was set to depart at 08H30, but it only left at 09H55, i bought a return ticket, so on the day of return we were suposed to depart from Durban at 11H30am, when we got to the station they advised the bus is cancelled, without notifying us, we eventually departed at 14H00, but along the way the driver stopped at a filling station, picked up problems on the bus, we had to return back to Durban which was a 30 minutes drive back, we waited there and according to them, the driver and said they sending a different bus, meanwhile we were waiting for a bus from johannesburg, we eventually left durban at 16H00, service was poor, we arrived in johannesburg at 23H00 instead of 18H30, where do we find transport to our various destinations at that time of the night. when we arrived we wanted to lay complains, but the crew member onbaord the bus advised that it will just be a waist of time
