Pathetic service and Bad attitude

I recently landed at OR Tambo from Dubai and the service received was shocking i get my luggage and guess what no trollies!!! i am sitting with four huge suitcases and the don't care attitude of the 'assistants' were pathetic ACSA needs to get they act together and get more trollies and deal with the influx of passengers
