SAA / ACSA MALTREATING PASSENGERS

I selected SAA as I am a patriotic and loyal citizen - and despite paying substantially more than other airlines. I therefore would then expect that we would receive the appropriate treatment as a local airline at our own airports.
Unfortunately and as a regular traveller to most of our bigger cities - Cape Town and Durban etc. - I regularly find that SAA has to dock at remote sites at ORTIA (despite the clear availability of loading bays near the airport - and noticing others occupied by smaller airlines such as Kalula and Mango etc.
This seldom is announced with an accompanying apology and passengers have to regularly wait for a bus to arrive, then walk through rain and windy conditions to the bus carrying their luggage and wasting passengers valued time.
Surely as one of the highest paying passengers - one would at least expect to receive the equivalent service and treatment.
Why is it that SAA do not have the same privileges as other airlines? Is it to save money? I would expect SAA / ACSA to publicly respond as I do not seem to get a proper answer from their staff at airports.
