WHY IS GREENSTONE PICK A PAY'S TROLLIES SO DIRTY

I shop at least twice a week at Greenstone Pick a Pay Hyper and EACH AND EVERY TIME I have to clean the blue toddler seats. They are disgustingly filthy. Usually I have to pull out 2 or 3 trollies and choose the one that is the least dirty, then take the blue cleaning cloth at the trollies and clean the blue toddler seats. The cloths are ALWAYS DIRTY AND DISGUSTING and irritates my hands as it is harsh on my skin, but I rather have that than a dirty plastic area where I put my groceries.
I have complained numerous times to floor managers and managers and physically pointed the dirty trollies out to them as well as the customer care desk and also pointed it out to the trolley staff that BUT ABSOLUTELY NO LUCK.
Other Pick a Pay's trolleys are clean i.e Terrace Road and Meadowbrook, etc, etc. GREENSTONE PICK A PAY HYPER IS THE ONLY STORE THAT I ENCOUNTER DIRTY TROLLEYS EVERY TIME.

If I see a Game or Woolworths trolley before I enter the store I take one of those as they are ALWAYS clean.
